How do the Nets have no future? lmao That's ignorant as fuck.

Brook Lopez and Derrick Favors can be two all-star caliber players and Derrick Favors has superstar potential. The sole reason he went as high as he did was because of his potential, he's extremely raw right now. Not to mention Devin Harris who is still young and is an above-average PG.

Then they have about a million draft picks in the next couple years and are going to have another good one this season.
Brook Lopez is one of the softest centers in the league first of all. Second of all, I saw Derrick Favors play plenty at Georgia Tech last year and never really impressed me. Bad attitude, inconsistent, etc. He may be good in the pros but you won't be able to build the team around him.

The real news is now Detroit is stuck with Rip still.
SMH.

You know what? You're right, Lopez is soft like Charmin toilet paper. It's not like he has ever missed any games as a pro or had to play while recovering from mono, or never getting a chance to work out in this past off-season. Like it or not, Lopez is a top five center in the league at the ripe age of 22 years old.

Favors has a bad attitude? Talk about killing your credibility. Save a statement like that for fat-boy, I mean "Big Cuz".

I think this is ultimately good for the Nets, the Nuggets wanted way to much for Melo.
