This is art. Anything someone designs is art, you can't just say it sucks. You can tell him what would make it better though.

Honestly, it's not all that bad, the lighting at the bottom of the jersey doesn't look good and the render pose doesn't fit too well with the sig but adding some colour to this would be nice.
