I think its time to move on as well and get a new head coach, but thats coming from someone who has a huge man crush on Bill Cowher.

We're not rewarding failure?

10-6 isn't failure. Missing the playoffs is. But if you look at the Giants season's in the past. They had an 8-8 season, then a 10-6 season, than a 12-4 season. Last season was 8-8 right? This season was 10-6 right? Sooooo.....they should be due for a 12-4 season.

Plus I think he can turn things around possibly. THe only problem is will they improve as much as other teams around them?

yeah, i think my boner for Bill Cowher got in the way the past few weeks, haha.

Overall Tom's been great for us. Last two years have been tough but you can't knock on him too much. They did improve from last season and like I've said before I never thought the team would win more than 8 games this season, and I even thought 8 was a stretch. But they've got some young talent, and Reese has always built through the draft. They just need those youngins to stay healthy.

I mean, Smith, Nicks, Manningham, Beckum (i'd love to see him in 4 WR sets), Boss, Beatty, Pierre-Paul, Thomas, Ross, Phillips and Goff are all still very young, and have room to improve. Some more than the others, of course.

Looks like the Giants will not only have him for next year but also, years down the road, unless something drastic happens. The Giants will be all right, Coughlin is a good coach.
