He's definitely had a down season. I haven't seen much out of him this year but the people around him aren't very good, either. I'm not convinced he'd be a quality NFL starter.

At first, I thought that was a dumb call going for it on 4th and goal at the 1, but it's pretty smart. It's a risk/reward play, but it's more of a win win either way for Washington. If they scored, they would be up 16-18. If they get stopped, Nebraska has to drive 99 yards to try and score with a hobbled Taylor Martinez.
