I really hope that Edwards has a decent game for the Jags.

I really like Edwards, people say hes the same QB as Garrard but he doesn't hold onto the ball and take sacks like Garrard does. He looked pretty good in the limited time he saw against Tennessee.. He'll be here next year as the backup to our Franchise QB.

Ryan Mallett has little ability, and is already injury prone in college, let's see how long he lasts in the NFL, and he might not even be there by the time you guys even get to pick.

Cam Newton, heh. Tebow v2.0, call it. He doesn't have the arm strength to be an elite quarterback, and he depends on his legs too much, which won't really work.

Blaine Gabbert has the tendency to throw the ball up for grabs when he feels pressure. He might lock on to one receiver for periods of time as well. Should avoid trying to fit the ball in to tight coverage. If it’s not there tuck and run or throw the ball away- which again won't work in the NFL. See Tim Tebow.

Pat Devlin is out of Delaware, first off, which means he's a man among children. He doesn't have the talent to be a franchise QB by any means.
Wow, what the hell did I just read?

Did you seriously just say that Mallett has "little" ability? Are you kidding? Mallett has more physical ability than 90% of all NFL QB's RIGHT NOW. And Devlin transferred from Penn State because Paterno opted to go for the agile QB in Darryl Clark back in 08. Have you seen Devlin play? Just because he plays for Deleware doesn't mean he has no talent. Ask Joe Flacco.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the concept of a hail-mary is to throw it as far as you can hoping one of your receivers catch the ball, no?
You actually want to hit a wide receiver, no?

Espn is who? Mel Kiper? The people who told QB Jevan Snead he was the #1 overall pick last year so he came out of college to enter the NFL Draft.. where did he get drafted? He didn't he was a Undrafted Free Agent to Tampa Bay.

The people who called Gene Smith an idiot for taking Tyson Alualu and Terrance Knighton? The people who said Jamarcus Russell was a "elite" QB just because he could throw a football 60 yards on his knees.

My point exactly. They are clueless to what the real scouting reports are done by NFL front offices and have no clue of what actually goes on.

ESPN and SI do how many mock drafts a year? Wanna know whos had the most correct picks on mock drafts the past 5 years? A writer for the Dallas newspaper.. not ESPN/or SI.

Also, you don't watch College football... you're a bandwagon Ohio State fan. You've never watched Cam Newton play one game ever. Unlike you, I've watched him play games so I study players with my eyes. I don't read it off a cheap ass scouting report done on the internet. Thats probably where you got that Donald Brown was a beast at.. he ran the ball a million times in a run offense, was bound to break some sometime. I'm also waiting for the "BUT BUT BUT BUT, HE DID GOOD AGAINST THE JAGS DEFENSE" yeah.. cool? The Jags defense put on a hell of a poker face without Courtney Greene.. Donald Brown took a couple of missed arm tackles to the endzone, doesn't mean hes a good player.. outside of that day, what has he done? nothing? the oakland game? nothing? Kthxbai.

Stop talking, you clearly don't know what you're talking about.
I love how you're making fun of your own points. Mike Mayock, the only "reliable" mock guy, but he was at ESPN. But you're right, they're all a bunch of idiots in your opinion. They get paid to write about football for a reason, because people actually value their opinions. And it's not their fault they call it how it is. Russel's work ethic was fucking terrible, and he made the worst of his potential. He could have been a good quarterback, but decided to be a fat fuck that didn't use his potential the way it should be used.

And I actually watch a college game every week. Thanks though. I saw three Auburn Tiger games this year. I was impressed by his performance against Alabama, but you can't say that he didn't get any help, and that Alabama's defense didn't help him out. I'm pretty sure on one play the corner and the safety ran into each other, giving the WR an open lane to the endzone. But you're right. I don't know what I'm talking about.

Does Mayock work for ESPN anymore? no? ok.

If you knew what you was talking about, you wouldn't be looking at fake NFL scouting reports to try and prove a point.. when Jake (above) literally called your whole arguement bullshit.. and he knows more about college than anybody here.

I respect his knowledge for sure in CFB, I asked him for some opinions on some Miami players when I was scouting and we discussed.

However, I could have told you Texas wouldn't have as much success with Gilbert, just because of the hard headed Greg Davis and his mindset to try and make Garrett something he isn't. That's why the team couldn't execute at all, and we had little success trying to run his game plans against ANYBODY. Yes, Texas collapsed brutally and I wouldn't have predicted we'd fall apart in the fashion we did -- but the future looks bright with the Texas recruits and the shake ups that have been made going forward.

Wait on ESPN the lady just said Trent Edwards will likely start and he'll be playing against the Bills, his old team. They are playing the Texans aren't they? Stupid women sports analysts.

Cham why the fuck do you assume every Colts fan is a bandwagoner.

Also stop bashing SG, and let him cheer for whatever team he chooses. It his choice, and you always take that away from him.

Simple fact,
before Manning: Colts were worse than the Jaguars with attendance.
With Manning: All these "so called" fans pop up claiming they were fans before Manning and that the winning isn't why they're a fan, they're a damn lie.

I was three when Manning was drafted, so you know every Sunday when I was three, I watched the Colts. That makes a whole lot of fucking sense. So it is not like all of a sudden I changed teams. I was supposed to live in Indianapolis anyways, but my dad wanted to have our family in Canada, since Indianapolis has high crime rates. My dad also went there a lot for business and cheered for them because of that and I followed.
