Down by 6, needing a TD, 2 minute drill, playoff game, who do you take?

1) Big Ben - Proven that he can lead a game winning TD drive in a Super Bowl. Dude is ice.
2) Peyton Manning - Watch his drive vs the Patriots. Cool as ice. Yeah people can bring up that pick, everyone makes mistakes, and he has in his career. Imo I thought it was Reggie's fault on the play, but w/e moving on.
3) Brady - I think Brady is a clutch QB, but if I needed a TD, I'll put him 3rd. Reason being? He doesn't execute on those type of drives in the playoffs. 2005, throws a pick 6. 2006 Divisional game, throws a pick. 2006 AFC Championship, throws a pick. If I needed a FG, I'd put him higher.

2007, threw TD. Yeah they lost but that's because Assante Samuel was already counting the money he was gonna get from another team.

Because a CB didn't catch the ball thrown right in his area?

All QBs have had clutch TD drives. Reason putting Brady there, is because he made the most mistakes in those type of situations.

Two words

Matty-Ice

We've been in those situations a lot and pulled a victory in each one of them

The most mistakes that you brought up. I'm sure you looked at every game situation and determined that Tom Brady was the worst in that situation.

Here's the situation: game is tied with 4 seconds left. Do you go for the big play TD or kick the, relatively, safe FG?

....need more time? 9.9/10 (can't say ALL the time because you never know) you go for the FG. So, now, we're going to hold that against Brady? Just because the safe bet is to kick the field goal and not go for the TD?

Fact of the matter is, no Tom Brady, the Patriots don't make it down the field at all in those situations. You don't like Brady? Fine. You want to put him third on this list? Go ahead.

Just, leave your "situational stats" out of the argument because, at least it seems, you gravitated very easily towards the negative.

Why do you assume I don't like Brady? I just gave my opinion.

This thread is far from over by the way, it's just starting. You'll see what this will turn into, just sit back and watch.

Ben is real good under pressure, he's shown it, in the big games most importantly. However, no matter what situation I'm in, I want Peyton Manning as my QB.
