I'm almost certain it would go as dead money twords the Salary Cap.
That new deal was hush money. They're going to use that out where they can release him and not pay the rest of the contract or some <Censored> like that.

Justin Blackmon would be a great pick, well any top WR prospect would be great for us regardless.

And Blackmon would be a monster in your system. Finally a target for Colt.

I am fine with the Castanzo pick, we do need to solidify the O-Line, but I'd prefer the OG spot personally. We just need some true help on the line, and of course, with Nevis in the 2nd we address the lack of presence in the middle.

I don't know about a DE in the first round, I think we have too many other needs. We might need a QB, pending what happens in the off-season, Cedric Benson will most likely be gone, so we'll need to find a replacement at RB. If we get a new head coach, it might be safe to say, both Chad and Terrell may be gone next year, so the WR position may become huge as well. Our offensive line is horrible, aside from Williams and Whitworth, definite upgrades needed at OL. Our safeties are both too old and can't play a full season any longer, we need a new FS and SS. With Geno Atkins, Michael Johnson, and Carlos Dunlap starting to play well, I think we look at other positions first. It will just depend on our off-season, of where our draft is headed. I don't know what's going to happen at this point.

As a Pats fan, i'd love to get Bailey and Kerrigan. Although, if he fell, i'd rather have Heyward and Baldwin than Bailey and Baldwin

And the odds of selecting 3 DE/OLBs within the 1st 33 picks is very unlikely, but for Kerrigan, Bailey, and Heyward; i'd do it :D

He would be a nice fit in NE actually. Needing a big time pass rusher, who can get after the QB and force him into mistakes.

Makes sense.

3. Cincinnati Bengals: DaQuan Bowers, DE, Clemson

One long-time scout I spoke with recently compared Bowers to Bruce Smith, a powerful bull that can disrupt the run and get to the QB from a 5-technique. Cincy will have a new coaching staff in place in 2011, so they might want to address the ugly Carson Palmer decline here instead.

This was before yesterdays horrid performance, definitely lots of question marks going into the off season.

the bengals would be better off trading their 2nd and 3rd and 4th for Washington's 1st to get a Mallett

but they should not select a QB instead of a defensive player

First off, its going to cost Bengals like a 1st and 3rd, not a whole draft.

I don't know. I just wonder if this offensive system itself is causing Palmer problems because it is the most predictable of an offense I've ever seen. But, we can't have our QB giving the opposing team 14 points off of turnovers. I'm not really a firm believer in Mallett so I don't know about that. Definitely worried about Cam Newton, I hope they don't bother with him. Lots of question marks, I don't know what's going to happen. One thing that is a little weird - Cincinnati Bengals Quarterback Carson Palmer must have big plans for a piece of property in Del Mar, Calif. He purchased a half-acre of bare land from the city for $4.4 million, according to multiple reports.

why would CIN trade their 1st and a 3rd.... to move down in the draft?

2,3,4 seems = 1st

Patrick Peterson <3

I see cam newton being a Vince Young V2
Meh. He'll be better than Vince. I can almost guarentee it.
This is actually odd though, I just started making my template.

I read t wrong, still won't happen though. Washington isn't going to do that trade without a 1st in return as in they swap 1sts and Washington gives up a 3rd/4th in order to move up. It doesn't take as much as you think it does to move up. Especially Since Washington and Cincy won't be that far appart. A trade isn't going to happen.

You're also implying that Snyder knows what the <Censored> he's doing in regards to trading draft picks.

So I'm hoping that a trade doesn't happen.
