Alualu was a beast at Cal, but I really didn't think he'd be anything at the next level. Looks like he's doing good tho.
Yea, hes preforming quite well.. his potential is amazing lol.

Seyour & Kelley and Chris Canty & Barry Cofield are top pair of DT's in the NFL right now.

Williams bros no longer the best. Fat Pat only plays about half a game these days, at best.

Thats cool that they won't draft people with law/personal problems.

Wonder who they will draft this year...

Well you have to know that i'm a Jaguars fan over here in Idaho. Plus I was gone the past 2 years (no football news, no tv, no internet...etc)

They have a lot of positions that they could improve on, but I think the big question is do they want to get a QB? Garrard is off and on, off on loses, on on wins. Plus they have Trent Edwards who could be a reliable starter at some point.

The Falcons center said last week that: "He (McCoy) is going to be awesome"

McCoy will be much better than Tyson, no questions about it. Same way with Price, he's an animal.

They're still not better than McCoy and Price according to SmartFootball.com

Well I have friends who brother is actually a scout for the jags, apparently David Garrard got pissed at Wayne Weaver and Jack Del Rio for taking shots at him in the media this offseason. He could be traded this off season because I know for a fact they're wanting to have Luke McCown and Trent Edwards to battle in training camp with whatever rookie QB they draft to see who's going to start. I've heard they really like Luck and would consider trading up for him, but feel they would have to give up too much. They really like Nick Foles but doubt he comes out. Behind him Christian Ponder and Pat Devlin are definition of a Gene Smith QB. I'd expect either of them to be drafted if Foles doesn't come out. Outside of him they're drafting a CB because it's obvious Gene doesn't like rashean and he probably won't be back next year.

Smartfootball apparently isn't too smart, according to Peter King, they're a top 4 duo. Alualu is better than McCoy and price. Now hush kid.

That's be sweet if they draft Ponder. Hometown hero. (well Tallahassee.)

I'd really not like them to get rid of Garrard, I think his scrambling ability really helps the team. But if they'd be better without him...then so be it.

Uh...New England runs a 3-4 scheme & Warren is a DE. Doesn't qualify for this conversation.

Problem is they're worried about Ponder having a lingering Elbow injury throughout his whole NFL career.

There isn't a lot about Christian Ponder that makes me comfortable in thinking he has any shot at making it in the NFL. He was disappointing at FSU, inconsistent, horrible in big games, and like Kam said, elbow injury issues.

Jacksonville would be retarded to dump Garrard after this season. He wont get any better with age but his play is the difference maker for the Jags right now.

Did you see the browns game? 4 ints. What about the chargers game? 4 ints. What about the eagles game where he was so bad. Garrard is done after this year. Is been 7 years since the jags have drafted a QB in any round, it's going to change this year.
