So apparently the Red Sox are close to signing Crawford to a very huge deal.

140 million for a career .299 hitter with speed, just as bad as Werth's contract.

i wasnt expecting us to land crawford but when he gets picked up we better still try for some huge players.

I didn't expect us to get Crawford either, but I am starting to get a little impatient when I see guys making deals, and us being quite. Better have something big in store.

Wowzers.

Not close to as bad as Weth's contract. He's younger, aggressive on the basepaths, a good fielder, hits .300, and hits close to 20 home runs.

Average, Power, Fielding, Throwing, Speed -- Now, Power is a little less compared to the rest, but I view him close to if not a 5-Tool Player.

If Boston can stay healthy and the Yanks don't land Lee, the Sox could be lethal.
