When a QB attempts 50 passes in a game, because it is BUILT to pass and get maybe 15 carries a game, I would definitely call that a passing system.

And bruh, Cassel is having a great year.

His AVERAGE attempts a game this year is 45...that's only an average. Please tell me that is a running system..

That isn't the system though.. Lmao. They can't run the ball, so Manning has to throw it that much if they want to win. That's the reality.

Add onto the fact, Manning (minus last game for a while, but especially against SD) had NO time to throw the football, it doesn't make it easier to do that. Brady has been getting respect in the running game with Woodhead and BJGE playing pretty well, and it allows him to stand in the pocket ALL DAY.

It also seems like Peyton isn't on key with his inexperienced receivers, and it might take some time for him and the WRs to get on the same page. He doesn't really seem to trust most of those back-ups that are filling in for the injured guys, and when he does put faith into them they screw up the route.


I'd have to go with Brady though. He's proven he can be one of the best even when he loses his top target, and has proven time and time again that he is clutch in the playoffs.

To base it off playoff record is very ignorant. Manning has led his team on a few great game winning drives, but he never had Mr. Clutch, he had Mike Vanderchoke. The Defense never really helped much in the postseason except for maybe one year.

Bradford has a -3.1% DVOA, which is good for 20th in the league.

Also, Bradord is ranked 27th in the league in DYAR, with a DYAR of 390, behind QB's like Garrard, Kitna, Shaun Hill, just to name a few.

Quarterbacks are ranked according to DYAR, or Defense-adjusted Yards Above Replacement. This gives the value of the quarterback's performance compared to replacement level, adjusted for situation and opponent and then translated into yardage.

I don't see what people expect out of Sam Bradford in his first year in the NFL. He came to a team that was 1-15 for god sakes the year before with an offensive line that isn't anything special, no great WR's or TE. Give the guy a few years, you'll be hearing about him a lot more. He's not great yet but he'll get better, a lot better.
