Hornets beat the Bobcats by 16 tonight, with Chris Paul only scoring 9 points (only took 7 shots). He did have 14 assists and 4 steals though. People in New Orleans call CP "the man of steals." Look at his steals this month:

4, 5, 1, 2, 5, 2, 5, 6, 0, 3, 5, 3, 2, 5, 4

He's averaging nearly 4 steals per game...

Well the bench played about as many minutes, but it is good seeing everyone get in on the action

Dang. Steve Nash already has 8 assist and it's only in the 1st quarter.

That's amazing. Even with all the great teams he had but has he ever coached a somewhat bad team?

Define "somewhat bad". By PJ's and the Lakers standards, when he came back the Lakers did make it back to the playoffs but got knocked out in the first round both times. Hardly had championship contenders or even a 'great' team his first couple of years back.

PJ's first season back featured a starting lineup of

Kwame Brown
Lamar Odom
Luke Walton
Kobe Bryant
Smush Parker

the season after Parker was replaced by a rookie Farmar.

Yeah... that's a pretty horrible team outside of Kobe and Lamar lol. I remember it well, I remember when Smush was supposedly the next big thing and Lakers fans still liked Walton. Ahhh, those were the days.

lmao
sorry TJ. still got love for you

yikes Whisper. that team is freaking pathetic
speaking of Smush. things went south fast
he was pretty good his first year. then in year 2, OMG.
and Luke's freaking extension. that thing will never expire. ever. laker for life

Mavericks are the best team in the league without a doubt. They are just so much more balanced than other teams in the league right now.

Another pathetic performance from Detroit. Lost to a Magic team, without Dwight Howard, Jameer Nelson, Mickael Pietrus, and J.J. Redick. Brandon Bass with 27, and Vince Carter with 25.
