ESPN - The Broncos have fallen under the microscope of the NFL for possible impermissible videotaping of an opponent, The Denver Post has reported.

Broncos chief operating officer Joe Ellis confirmed to the newspaper Friday that the league was reviewing the team's possible filming of the 49ers from before their London game of Week 8.

The team's video operations director, Steve Scarnecchia, is on a "personal leave of absence" while the NFL's investigation takes place

It's going to be really interesting to see how far this gets pursued. The NFL likes to sweep <Censored> under the carpet that "ruins the integrity" of the league. Go figure it's a disciple of Belicheat.

NFL Network's Jason La Canfora is reporting that the Broncos and head coach Josh McDaniels have both been fined $50,000 for illegally taping an opponent's practice.
The Broncos were under investigation by the NFL for taping a 49ers walk-through in Week 8 in London. Team video director Steve Scarnecchia reportedly took the video and presented it to McDaniels, who declined to view it. Team officials were made aware of the incident following the team's return from London, and self reported it to the NFL. Scarnecchia has been terminated from his position and will face a possible life-time ban from the NFL. We question that Scarnecchia was working without orders from McDaniels, unless taping was something Scarnecchia had been doing all year long. The whole situation is fishy. Nov. 27 - 12:40 pm et

And I guess this proves again how it doesn't mean anything since they still lost.. If you don't know what kind of plays the team you're facing is going to run, you shouldn't be coaching.. It's not like they put 100 new plays in the playbook every week.

I know. What a <Censored>ing joke.. They are just letting this video guy get taken to the cleaners, when there was clearly more people backing what he was doing in the organization.
