According to metrics from Football Outsiders, Pierre Garcon is on pace for the least effective season by a Colts receiver since 1999.
Garcon's struggles with drops are no secret, but he's having a miserable season all-around. Garcon's catch percentage has fallen to 47, which is almost unheard of for a Peyton Manning receiver. He's also just 4-of-14 on third downs, with half of those targets coming on passes of just 2-7 yards.

I've said since day 1 that Garcon is a product of Manning, but apparently, Manning cant even help him at this point.

I'd say the same with Collie, hes another product.

Garcon has been overrated in the media since day one. I will tell you that as a Colts fan.

He is a freakish athlete, big, strong guy. However, he runs average routes at best and he has weak hands. Everyone was really jumping all over him and his upside, which he as, no doubt, during that Jets game. The Jets sold out to shut down Reggie with Revis, and to stop Dallas Clark -- which opened the door for Garcon to be a monster. His drop in the Super Bowl was a huge play, and perhaps the momentum killer that changed that game and let the Saints back into it when the Colts were playing solid.

He needs to start catching bricks or something, because he needs to get his hands fixed.
