I'm shocked Dampier isn't signed. His reputation was ruined because he didn't live up to the contract. He isn't a bad player. He'd help the Heat so much I can tell you that. He's so big, he does all the dirty work, and he's one of the best offensive rebounders in the game

Offensively, sure. Well kinda. He has a decent/good mid-range jumper. And can play well around the rim...lots of other PFs can do that, and defend.
