Over on the Hornets board there has been talk of a gigantic deal in the discussions that could land the Hornets as many as three new starters. From what's been said, the most likely guys to be traded are Emeka Okafor, Peja Stojakovic, Marcus Thornton, and maybe David West.

The guy that is as good as gone in the next week or two is Marcus Thornton, and I keep hearing it will be to a team out West. This could be part of a huge deal, or just a deal involving two players, Thornton and another Hornet. What I'm trying to say is I'd be absolutely stunned if Thornton is a Hornet two weeks from now.

So I ask, if your a fan of a team out West could you see your team going after Thornton?

I think he could help out any team, he's a good player who can score in bunches as he showed last season.

I highly doubt they trade David West though.

Me also, he's just too valuable. I think when a deal is done it will be something like Emeka, Peja, and Thornton.

Our new GM even said this the other day:
When asked later if he’s comfortable with the composition of the current New Orleans roster, Demps said “(Ask again) in 10 games.”
