Getting a serviceable center wouldn't mean anything without JJ, especially since there were no viable options.

I think they are really close to being real good. They are good right now, but just a few pieces away from being real good. I mean if they could land a legitimate C, they could do wonders for them, even though I think Horford does a real nice job, but his more natural position would be a PF.

He's too small. He's not extremely strong so he isn't making up for his lack of height in strength.

Eh, I think of him along with Al Jefferson and Paul Millsap (except they usually play the 4), undersized, but good. And they hold their own going against the bigger guys.

And its funny that Boozer tripped over a bag at his house and got this injury, that guy must be a klutz.

That's what I'm saying, he's too small for the 5, but he's fine at the 4. Big Al Jeff also has 35 pounds on Horford.

Huh interesting, NBA.com has Jefferson and Horford listed at 6-10, i'm pretty sure they are closer to the 6-9 range.

al jeff probably is 6'10 or close to 6'11. horford is like 6'8, and he doesnt even consider himself a center..

Bulls Checking Boozer's Story

The Bulls are reportedly looking in to Carlos Boozer's explanation of how he fractured a bone in his shooting hand. Boozer said he tripped over a bag in the dark while answering the door.

"It was just dark, my doorbell rang and I tripped over a gym bag, tried to brace myself and it popped," Boozer said the day after suffering the injury.

"I jumped back up, opened the door and my hand was still a little numb."
