Miami Herald - Brandon Marshall would like to play in the NBA next season if there's an NFL lockout.

``Oh, absolutely. Why not?'' the 6-5 Marshall said. ``It's either going to be Denver Nuggets -- try to get a workout with them. And, of course, I'll try to get a workout with the [Miami] Heat. I think the better option might be the Heat. Of course, those high salaries, I'll come in and play minimum. Just minimum. Not for free.''

Lmao. What a goof.. These athletes just make me laugh sometimes. Good for Brandon though, some more media time.

True. But a lot of this talk is just guys thinking they could step into a sport and be dominant like their current one. Like LeBron playing for the Cavs talk... Please.

Last time Marshall played basketball was in high school, I think he should just stick to football because he definitely wont have any success in the NBA. I think he would just go to a D-league if anything.

I get tired of these wr/te's thinking they can hoop in the league. They can't. This would be like AI saying he could be in play in the NFL.

I doubt any team would gamble on Marshall or any other NFL player when there's a ton of talent already in Free Agency and the D-League. I guess it could fill the seats.

I don't think we can say Marshall can't ball in the NBA unless we have seen him ball before.

But either way this would be cool to see if a lockout did happen lol.
