The Boston Celtics and Chicago Bulls have shown “serious interest” in free agent Josh Howard, a league source told Yahoo! Sports.

The Celtics would need to negotiate a sign-and-trade to acquire Howard.

I think Josh could be a good pickup as long as he stays healthy. It's not too long ago he was an All-Star.

No kidding, he washed up quick. I do remember him coming up with some pretty solid nights during his short stint in Washington though.

Yeah, he got injured quickly. I think he'd be a viable replacement for Allen though. An upgrade if he can stay healthy and everything's in order.

He would be best going with Chicago IMO, they have a wing/guard position open now that Hinrich is gone.

Plus their younger.

Good luck with all the baggage and off the court issues that go along with him.... Oh yea and the poor play when it matters most in the playoffs.
