If you are using the "fast reply" box, you may have to refresh your page if there is an ad at the bottom. Occasionally that happens to me, it won't let me hit the "post" button. Just copy and paste back your post when you are done refreshing the page. It isn't locked like sheed said, so I think this may be the issue. Let us know.

You may want to contact one of the Admin's on the site. I am not sure what is going on with that. Doesn't make any sense to me.
