The fact I don't like is he had the opportunity to change his life around, he was in the spot light and had the chance to be a big time player in the league. He had absolutely no work ethic, and that caught up to him in the end.

That's what I view as karma.

You arent seeing my point Greg, whats funny about a man's life spiraling outta control?

And like I already said, what he did/didnt do in football shouldnt make it ok to wish bad on this man in life straight like that.

Oh give a rest dez. This a-hole was most likely taken straight from the projects and handed sh_t all the way to the NFL. You know his athletic abilities made college really, really easy for him & then you look at all the money thrown at him as a rookie...what's there to feel sorry about? Russell decided to be "hood rich" (aka go into serious debt be4 you get you're check), failed to live up to expectation, loses his job...but the bills/debts are still around. So what? So his life is "spiraling out of control" and it's of anybody else's fault?

F*ck Jamarcus Russell, his college education (on a silver platter), his 1st overall NFL signing bonus, his codeine addiction, and everything else about him. Funny how everything this f*cker was given so many things in life that we all weren't...but yet he's no further a long than the dumbest person any of us know.

Ae your cool an all but what the fck do you know about any of this "hood rich" sht you talking about? and again where did I say to feel sorry for him?

Yall all wrong for this <Censored>, wishing bad on another man is wrong plain and simple regardless of where he came from, how he got where he did.

The NFL is to blame for there being no rookie CAP, dont throw that at him, if thats the case be mad at Al Davis for being such in love with him, ans drafting him.

But its ok, yall keep doing what yall doing lol

No it's not, Dez.

I wish him nothing but misery and guilt for the rest of his pathetic amount to nothing life, for his bull<Censored>, excuse of a career.

He was obviously too stupid to know how to handle a little extra money and a bit of fame.

At least Ryan Leaf wasn't a total dip-<Censored>.

On top of that AE that hood rich sht you think your talking about has a whole different meaning, has nothing to do with what you just made it up to be.

I still don't get what you are trying to say dez... lol. It's the NFL's fault for not having a rookie cap, fine, but it wasn't like the NFL spent the money and ###### up his career. He did that.

Dez, I hate to say this, but your point was way off.

He ###### up, plain and simple. Don't blame Oakland, Kiffin, Cable, Davis, or the NFL. They didn't ruin him, he did that himself.
