This a major step in the rebuilding process of the Knicks and I really like it.
Agreed. They are talking a good step forward with getting Amare here. Looking forward to see him play there.

Idk about that move, how long is Rips contract?

He would be a nice addition, with his ability to come of screens and stay a mid range threat, but we have Chandler and Gallinari already, we should be looking for a PG or defensive bigman not another wing player.

Would be hot if we somehow managed to get Ricky Rubio.

A source told the New York Post that Amar'e Stoudemire's top choice among this summer's free-agent point guards is Luke Ridnour.

Stoudemire is reportedly hoping the Knicks can somehow swing a deal for San Antonio's Tony Parker, but Ridnour is the more likely option.

The source said Stoudemire views Ridnour as Steve Nash Lite.

Great pick up by the Knicks. A solid player that has great offense. He did great with the D-System in Phoenix. Welcome to NY Amar'e. Knicks need to pick up a few more players to be serious contenders. At least now they have a core to work with, especially when it's a core big man. I expect great things from the Knicks in the coming seasons. You can only hope things get better, but really can it get worse?
