The games were so damn good today. Loved Brazil losing and still a bit upset that Ghana didn't make it through, but regardless. Entertaining stuff.

The guy that hand balled it to save the goal is a badass and a hometown hero. If Uruguay would have lost though if Ghana made the PK, he would have been a dumbass. Not too excited for Uruguay/Netherlands. I am excited for Germany/Argentina tomorrow though.

I know it doesn't have the same name appeal as Germany/Argentina, but don't kid yourself, the Uruguay/Netherlands game is going to be wicked. With that said, yeah, I can't wait for that game.

The dude with the handball on Uruguay is officially the hero of Uruguay.

What a finish to that game.

Sorry Dorado but I don't see Argentina beating Germany or Argentina beating Spain if they did win.

IDK. I would not be surprised if Argentina beats Germany tomorrow. I think Spain can handle them, but they will battle Germany all game.

GO GERMANY!!!

Mardona is a <Censored>ing nut job who is being a total <Censored> to all the Germans, so after Germany wins I hope they all spit on that ugly crazy little wonderland head he's got screwed on to his body.

I just don't see Argentina's weak defense being able to handle Klose, Ozil, Mueller, Shweinstieger etc etc

Sorry. But. Being an Italy fan, all I heard was how good these teams like Brazil/Argentina etc. were and how they were just running over the competition. The fact is, South American teams don't have good defensive schemes for the most part. You saw it today, look how many teams Germany just made like school-yard simple passes and ripped apart that defense. I didn't think Argentina would get cleaned up this bad, I don't think anyone did, but hell, that defensive effort was disgusting.
