Raja Bell and the Lakers have a strong interest in agreeing upon a contract, sources told Yahoo!

Kobe Bryant is strongly in favor of the Lakers acquiring Bell.

Bell was injured for most of the 09-10 season.

the lakers need bench help, but if they want bell his ass better take the min lol. they need to find a point to help relieve derek and they need bench scoring too. raja will bring a knock down three ball and some nice defense but hes not the spark plug they need.

Agreed. He can shoot and play solid defense, but they will need more. If they can get him though, it will be a good start.

I wonder if the Lakers would be in contact with the Raptors about Jarrett Jack or Jose Calderon... IMO, they could use either one of them to help out Fisher.

Calderon I'd take but I don't see it happening

Luke Ridnour is who I want backing Fish...I'd rather see money spent on something of that nature

jarret and or jose would be hard to get in la. both teams would need to agree on a lopsided trade, la doesnt have a whole lot to offer and those players have hefty contracts.

Luke Ridnour or Earl Watson will probably be a Laker if I had to guess.
I'd take either. both solid backups

as for Raja. awesome
Lakers need a 3 point shooter in the worst way. He'd be perfect, and he can still play nice D.
wow, imagine Raja, Kobe and Ron on the court at once
