Hornets to offer Bostons Thibodeau head coaching position

The New Orleans Hornets are expected to extend Boston Celtics assistant Tom Thibodeau an offer later this week to become their next head coach, league sources confirmed Monday night.

I really hope he accepts, he was #1 on my list.

I think it's about time. Alot of teams out there that may have not had great records, but they have solid building pieces. The Hornets having a top player isn't bad either.

He's waiting until Doc Rivers calls it quits (which could be this year), then he'll take over as the Head Coach of the Celtics. There is a reason he has yet to take a Head Coaching position.
