Doesn't matter, you won't win this series and you said you've beat every "legit" team in a series.
No Grandy
No Andy (supposed to start Monday but was replaced by Meat-Tray)
No Nick J
No Aceves

Jeter and Cano got drilled on Friday and are still hurt.

A-Rod got robbed of a two run shot in the second.

We have not caught one break in this series while the Tigers have gotten all of them.

EDIT: Our backup 3B (Pena) left 5 men on base today.

Tigers 2
Yankees 0

That's all I could sum up from that post.

I forgot that the Tigers can only win when the other team uses their second unit.

It's so amazingly ironic when someone else uses DH's logic on him

YEAH TIGERS!!! Tonight's game is definitely the game that concerns me the most, Bonderman hasn't been good as of late, the Indians were hitting off of him like crazy last Friday I believe it was. Any time you can hold the Yankees to 0 runs and only 4 hits is great. Don't even listen to him Rip, he just loves attention and stirring stuff up, he's not use to losing. He thinks his team has the world series won 30 games into the season. It was great to see Jose strike out swisher!!! The Yankees don't know what has hit them. According to Kiki, the Tigers are a horrible team, I guess it only makes his team look that much better then losing to this "horrible" team.

Well then your team shouldn't be injury prone and terrible.

Lol, that's why I'm doing it obviously.

Well then maybe we shouldn't have the second best record in MLB and score the second most runs in the majors. Oh wait...

And Palmer is right, Rip is used to seeing his teams lose, except for the Nets (rarely), I'm used to being on the winning side.

Might score the most runs in the major, but you scored less than us 2 games in a row.

Having plenty of injuries all season and doing this well is a testament to how good we can be.
silly me, I forgot how integral Chan Ho Park was to this Yankee team. Congrats for being able to rally around the injury.

you can start complaining and talking about injuries when you actually lose some noteworthy people for an extended period of time.

Granderson
Johnson (DH)
Andy Pettitte (supposed to start on Monday)
Aceves (our long reliever)

Facts hurt don't they?

Granderson blows.
Johnson was hitting like .187.
Pettite is out for like barely any time.
And Aceves is irrelevant.

Not that big of a deal..

Granderson blows. (Opinion. He beats Thames and Winn by a mile)
Johnson was hitting like .187. (OBP near .400)
Pettite is out for like barely any time. (been lights out all year and a far better option than Mitre)
And Aceves is irrelevant. (pure ignorance. Our best reliever last year outside of Rivera.)

I'm wrong as usual.
FIX'D

a whopping .225 and .167 respectively...HUGE loss

Pettite missed ONE start and Aceves, while a good reliever, is nothing to be proud of...but why am I surprised?
I'm sorry that everyone on our team can't get off to a tremendous start like the entire Red Sox team does every year (except for 2010).
