Andre Ethier <3

walk-off grand slam <3
2 walk-offs already this year. had 6 last year, which was a record
and just overall, he's already at 10hr/30rbi. 30 tied for MLB lead with Miggy Cabrera, 10 HR tied for NL lead with Kelly Johnson (i know, wtf?)
actually has the NL triple crown at the moment

Dodgers suck, but we can play a ton better. we are not this bad. just playing bad
i think we'll be ok come july/august

For those who still think the NL is better then the AL, just look at Carlos Silva's stats.. It says it all
and wtf is this?

1 guy?

ok look, im not saying the AL isn't a better league, but geez.

look at Zito prior to this year. especially his first 2 years in the NL

ok sure, Silva is pitching nicely right now, but he did have some success in the AL.
yes Seattle gave him a stupid contract, but look at his 2005 season.

9-8
2 CG's
71 k's
8 walks
188 innings
3.44 era
1.17 whip

nice pitcher, no?

just a small sample size right now. everyone either has a micro ERA or an elephant sized one.

Dice K is going to kill me. It's torture watching him pitch and I can not wait to see his release, trade and/or last game as a Red Sox. What a waste of 100M.

Mets face the Giants tonight. We really need a win to get off this little skid.

Yea yea, the American League is far and away better than the National League. Whose arguing with that?

Mets beat the Giants last night. With some heroics by Rod Barajas, dude already has 9 HR's. He leads all catchers in HR's.

Nice win for the Tigers today. 15 Strikeouts for tigers pitching(9 Verlander, 5 Zumaya, 1 Valverde) Helps that the Twins lost last night, and got whooped in game 1 of their double-header against the Orioles. Thanks Orioles. Helping us close the gap.

Well with 2 mediocre pitchers at the bottom of the rotation...looks like the Giants can win 3, lose 2 for the rest of the season lol

Giants lose 5-4 to the Mets

Let's give a large round of applause for Mark Teixeira hitting 3 HR's in today's thrashing of the Roid Sux. He should just start his season in May from now on. I wonder if Mexi still loves Boston's rotation and defense after this.

Cecil didn't have his best stuff today. He looked really uncofomrtable on the mound. I just hope he bounces back next game.

I'm sure he does because it's still ridiculously good on paper, nothing has changed that...the results just haven't been there

Yeah, Texeira had to hit 3 homers when I bench him on my fantasy team <_<. Fuck that dude. And seriously Beckett is ass.

yeah about Beckett
too bad they gave him an extension not long ago either, lmao

he's been bad since last year
he wasn't great in 08 either

and geez DH, I know Yankee/Sox fans hate either other, but damn
you really took that to heart, huh? lol

dont even play. you had to have felt what i was. sure the offense is worse than the yankees, but their strength should be pitching.
if you were to ask any baseball fan what rotation would they want, im sure majority even including yourself would take Beckett/Lester/Lackey/Dice-K/Buccholz

strong names in there, just not getting it done
