Snipe, Marcum might have a good year, but if Willis continues to pitch well he absolutely has to get it, no one would of guess that after the miserable couple of seasons he has had that he would pitch for the MLB that late into the year, and do it well.

If AJax is for real he will find his way back to NY.

Jackson>Granderson
Big lol right there.

Told you guys Grandy was overrated.
It's a good thing that April makes a whole season. BTW it's so cool of the Tigers to copy AJ's pie after a walkoff. Granderson will give us 30 HR's and 100 RBI's by October. But he'll probably strike out about 125 times as well.

You said Robinson Cano for MVP and it's only April.. Also Trot Nixon was pieing people in the face for the Indians in 07, and probably for the Red Sox in previous years..

Oh but it means the Yankees got the playoffs locked up though...?
We have always done pies after walkoffs...

And there is a 0% chance Granderson will get those numbers. Especially now that he is out for a month... However his batting average may be close to .230. That is the more realistic prediction.

Coming back from a serious injury and do good after the injury is pretty amazing too.

Well Dontrelle came off of injuries and anxiety disorder. He was pitching like single A last year too lol.

Granderson will find a way to get his numbers. Even if he doesn't, there is no one in the AL that will keep us with us for a whole season. Tex and A-Rod have been docile all season, and we're still picking up wins and scoring runs. Outside of Vazquez, there is no pitcher that we don't feel uncomfortable with in the rotation.

Well Tampa is keeping up currently.
But you are right, they will probably just trade for a high contract pitcher at the deadline anyways.

How about we all practice our renditions of Sweep Caroline?

Not sure what the "logic" is.. But Jackson has more hits than anyone in the AL, including Granderson and the rest of the Yankees. Don't see how Granderson is better.

The "logic" is that since Jackson is better than Granderson now, then the Yankees must be better than the Tigers right now.

Jackson will be better now, and 4 months from now.

Not sure where the comparison came up between the Tigers and Yankees, never said Detroit was the better team but they can beat them. We'll see where Granderson gets his team.

This game is resembling the 15-0 smackdown we gave the Mets last year. Opposing team sends their lefty ace and the Yankees tattoo him and their bullpen.

And if Jackson is for real, he'll be back here in pinstripes. It's the Yankee way. Look out for Yankee WS championship #28 to come in 5 months gentlemen.
