Could of probably drafted a return guy in the last round if needed lol, but still a nice deal for them.

I really hope he succeeds there, still one of my favorites from OSU, but I wish he went to a team with a good QB.

Why didn't the Raiders trade for him? Must be drafting Dez Bryant. :headsmack:

Randy Moss for a fourth rounder ruined trading receivers.

I hope he does well for this team. Maybe he can turn into what people thought he could be now that he is with the 49ers. He'll probably be thrown to a lot more now that he's in the spread offense and hopefully that turns him into a better receiver.

This isn't a bad deal for the 49ers at all

This is a great move -- he was drafted as like the 10th overall or something like that a few seasons ago -- obviously teams saw him as a future star and he can still be that with Crabtree in the future. Could you imagine having to gameplan for them and Frank Gore?

Right now, Frank Gore's deadliness is decreasing unless you're counting on him as a receiver due to the spread offense. Once the 49ers switched, did you notice his production decrease? The only good thing that came from that is that Alex Smith flourished from it while Gore was still effective, but not as effective as before when he was busting ass out there.

Imagine if Ginn actually reaches his potential and has a breakout year. This could be exactly what the 49ers need. At worst, they'll just have themselves another KR
