IDK if you guys can control the adds, but I was surprised to see this at the top of the forum:

(link has adult content)

I'm not sure if this is the best add to display on SI to say the lease lol
Just though I should notify you guys.

Nope, I've never seen that add...ever

I'm not sure if the admins have control over what ads pop up on that little bar though

I miss the days of SI Marcum when there were 0 ads

I love this whole "Cougar" movement we have going on right now. We used to call'em "re-treads" when I was younger.

turns out the firefox add-on for blocking ads is for Google Ad-Sense ads and doesn't block these, contrary to what i thought. im gonna try and find something though and post it in here.

i found something that is SUPPOSED to block these on firefox.

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/748 -- Greasemonkey Program that manages User Scripts.

this is the user script that is supposed to block the ads -- http://userscripts.org./scripts/show/12640

install it. It hasn't worked for me yet... and I don't know why. The program greasemonkey works great and I've used different user scripts for sites, but it doesn't seem to help for ugo ads. Still trying to tweak around with it to see if I can get it to work properly... i'll update you guys if I find out how to block out these ads.

I use adblock plus, and I don't get ads. It still says 'UGO', but nothing else.
