Twins resigned Ron Mahay this morning. Apparently it is a minor league deal. Pisses me off, he would have been a decent guy for the Mets to bring in seeing as Feliciano is still their only lefty in the pen.

As for Washburn, the reason why he has not signed is because he's being a little <Censored>. Apparently he wants to pitch close to home which is in Wisconsin I think, and yet he's turned down $5MM offers from both Milwaukee and Minnesota. They say he's waiting for "the right deal" but that he would also be happy to just retire -- so I think he's unsure and doesn't want to commit to any offers. The Twins could use him at the back-end of that rotation, so if and when he makes up his mind I'd expect to see him go there or retire, seeing as there has been 0 discussion between him and Seattle.

Jermaine Dye come on down. I think the guy still has something left and could improve a ballclub very nicely.

Delgado needs to come to the Blue Jays and rotate to DH and 1B with Lyle Overbay. It'd be good for us. We need more fire power in the line-up, no matter how old the guy is, he can be nice. Fans would love him here.

Crede, Prior and Schmidt would be strong additions for cards.

While I do agree, only on the grounds if he was healthy. I think he had hip surgery again or something like that and is out for another month or two.
