McBain with the GWG with .9 seconds left, 2 point night gives him 4 points in 3 games with the Canes. Canes winning themselves out of a lottery pick. I like to see them win especially against good teams but I want a top 3 pick

I had Colorado for 30th in the league, people forget Phoenix was actually good in the first half of last season they were in like 5th place at the allstar break. I do agree with Tippett for Jack Adams though.

I didn't think the Avs would be this successful at all and they're the 2nd biggest surprise team IMO. The Coyotes are run by the NHL which is another reason I couldn't see them actually making major moves to improve that team and make a real push...actually just padding their lead...for the playoffs. I can honestly say they might be able to surprise a couple of teams who aren't on their A game in the playoffs. Maybe they'll win a series???

I thought Canucks played solid though. Luongo was a bit shaky imo but our defense was sloppy at times. Wellwood and OBrien palyed really well though.

More proof needed that they don't need him to succeed? MVP shouldn't go to him...
