It does suck; however, I thought he was overrated coming out of ND.

I don't know about that.

JaMarcus Russell not in attendance at the first day of voluntary work-outs.

Can this guy get cut already?

Russell, what a dead hope. If he was making SOME sort of effort to improve - I'd somewhat respect him. But he doesn't do that.

I wonder if he suffers from depression?

Not being a smart-ass or anything, but honestly.

You get bashed nearly daily by the media and the fans, no one respects you, you're terrible, and he has terrible work ethic.

Something isn't there mentally for this guy.

Well, it's like the emotional high coming to a COMPLETE drop. Being the star in college, relying on complete athletic ability, not having to work. It's a complete drop when the guys you are playing against aren't smucks anymore.

I'm talking about high school, and some games in college. These guys just get by on athletic ability - they don't work, because they never had to. Not all cases clearly, but some.

Wasn't this guy a flight-risk at LSU?

I just don't understand Al Davis.

The sooner he dies, the better off Oakland is -- and I know that's a terrible thing to say.

Davis is a God in the NFL, he was a key part in the merger and his philosophies were outstanding.

Were.

You can't <Censored> with The Snake--to--Stick 'Em threat. He was the face of the AFL.

But that was almost 40-years ago, that <Censored> doesn't fly today, what he's doing obviously isn't working anymore. I know Oakland went to the Superbowl eight years ago, but c'mon, enough is enough.

People look forward to play Oakland now, it's seemingly an easy win.

They have stars, but they lack any sort of chemistry, and everyone knows that is the key to a great team.

You hit the nail on the head.... Until he dies, they won't be nothing.

I really respect Al for what he did back in the day, don't get me wrong.

However, his teams recent slump and wasting of money is a bit out-of-hand.

Someone in the NFL needs to step in and say "Look, we appreciate all that you've done for the league, but Mr. Davis, you need to retire or sell the team. kthnxbai."

In other news, I was watching some old game film and I'm gonna get bashed for saying this but Tebow reminds me a lot more of a combo between Jim Zorn and Steve Young.

The ability to run and keep the play alive. Not so much passing, but toughness and athleticism.

I thinks if he wants to get a starting job he need to lose at least 30-40 pounds because that guy was nearly 290 pounds

Browns are really looking into Earl Thomas.. We might take him #7 if Berry isnt there, or might try to trade down and take him.

How can you blame them? Earl Thomas is a <Censored>ing talent. He can play safety or corner... So damn versatile, he's that talented.

Suh was "excited" after his visit with Detroit.
It is starting to look likely we are going to draft him I guess.

I sure hope we do lol.

You better draft him. Suh is the BEST pick, easily in your spot.
