First time we have 3 regulation losses this season. Gaborik got a hat trick. Wolski and Stastny are doing their disappearing act once again. I can't wait until Hejduk and Jones come back then Stastny's line won't have to have all the pressure.

Crosby told Miller to get some

Pens up 5-2 after Letestu scores in the first, Fleury lets 2 by, then Crosby busts off a hat trick in the 2nd with Jordan Staal scoring after Crosby's first

only got to see half the game tonight, but I enjoyed what I saw of Giggy, Dion and Sjostrom

great, just unbelievably <Censored>ing great...out played the Caps for 2 periods but, true to <Censored>ing form, the Bruins can't play 60 minutes of hockey. 40 saves or not, Jose Theodore is a lucky SOB. It should have been 4-1 going into the third.

I'm going to say this for the umpteenth time, get Dennis Wideman OFF THE <Censored>ING ICE. While you're at it, get Hunwick away too. Seeing these two play is painful enough but they play on the same goddamn line. And the cherry, on this cake of awesome, is that Wideman leads the team in total ice time! ARE YOU <Censored>ING KIDDING ME?!?!

And finally, Alexander Ovechkin: honestly, I hope someone crushes your head in next game you play. No word of a lie. You are a <Censored>ing douche bag and, quite frankly, a poor excuse for a human being. It's a shame, really, because you're are incredibly talented. And yet, I may be the only one in the world (outside of Pittsburgh) that sees through the talent, overlooks it, and sees what an unbelievable douche you truly are. CASE IN POINT: Odouchekin was cleanly muscled away from the puck by Johnny Boychuk (maybe you can make a case for interference but it wasn't blatant). Not content with being physically outmatched, Odouchekin decides he's going to go after Boychuk next time he gets the puck. Takes damn near 5 strides and delivers a decent hit, with a high follow through. Of course, he wasn't done. He goes for a second hit, after Boychuk receives the puck again, this time HIGHER THAN THE FIRST. Both plays...not a budge from the referees.

Anyway, I can't help but wonder if I'll see the Bruins that played the first two periods against Montreal on Thursday or if it will be the same Bruins that have lost 8 straight. I hope to whatever being controls the universe that it's the former because I can't stand watching the latter on TV...let alone in person.

Avs win 5-1

Yip and O'Reilly with two goals each.

O'Reilly with two shorthanded goals on the SAME penalty kill!!!! (It was a 4 minute penalty but still, it was awesome.)

Galiardi with 4 assists!

I love Rookies!

The best is the headline on NHL.com: "Ovi shows Bruins not to mess with him"

priceless

I saw it. It's hilarious and classic Ovechkin xD. You mess with me, that's fine, I'll get back at you

Yeah, the "classic Ovechkin" thing is what I have a problem with. He did a real good job of getting back at them...

Canucks lose 2 games in a row.
Good thing The Preds beat the Avs. I just hope we bounce back and win against the Bruins.
We also need some changes in our checking line. It just isn't working.

Brodeur playing like <Censored> right now, lets just hope Gusto and the D can keep the Leafs ahead
