as for the cut - his arms and facemask are way too jagged. try smoothing them out with elliptical tool and cloning
there's bg in facemask
you cut off the excess strap alongside of helmet
you cut off the tip of his left shoe under the right calf

That's not the attitude. Plus you didn't even have to re-do the cut, cloning could solve the problem.

lol i realy dont know what cloning is... i just cut em lol i need teaching

clone tool on photoshop lets you copy parts of the cut.

for instance, if you clone the edges, it helps get rid of the excess bg that defringe doesn't solve
