SI - Holidays 2009

for those who do not know, I'm in Dallas through Thursday for work, so my activity will be light in that time.

I'm able to sneak away and do some catching up here and there, but wanted to let everyone know.

I have some ideas that will be introduced next week, including the addition of a new admin.

The new mod staff has been doing well since its induction, and I'm excited to see where their ideas/suggestions will lead us through the Holidays.

I ask all members to share their thoughts and concerns with the staff and boards, as I would like to incorporate more of this in the future. Now, I'm not saying we will approve every suggestion or idea, but I will be alot more open this time around.

I'd also like to thank dez and YeZZir for stepping up on the NFL sim and GregR25 and elcheato on the NBA. Really, really cool to see our members want to improve the situation that has occurred recently.

I also look forward to starting the SI GFX League: Season 3 soon. Remind everyone to sign up. I will be incorporating ideas from its alumni in this upcoming season, and don't forget to vote in the Finals (which will hopefully be posted tonight).

THanks again to all SI members - I look forward to seeing all members, new and old, help make this forum their own - not just jarrod's Forum.

Well for what it's worth, I think the diversity of this forum is great.

There is a lot of discussion on a wide variety of sports (not enought about soccer/football, but we'll get there lol), and the graphics section is thriving. Lots of works every day and generally the CnC is good, although on occasion some newer members are forced to ask more than once.

Keep up the good work in running this place guys.
