Ill put it at this and leave it. When you see people discuss who is the top WR on espn and etc. Larry is always considered the best.
Because everything you hear and see on TV is correct, right? ;) Haha. Fitzgerald is a monster - I just think Calvin is a tad better.

No but I value the analysts opinions and guys who played WR in the nfl like Keyshawn and Cris carter opinions more than the average joe.

Agreed.
I change my mind back to CJ. Don't know why I'd even pick Fitz.

Well of course they won't mention Calvin. Look at how terrible the Lions are.
You can make the case Fitz is better stat wise. But Calvin's skill set is most likely the best in the league for a WR.

They mention Andre and the texans are terrible every year. But I see your point. He will be the best wr in the league in 2 years anyway.

BTW: I still think Fitz has the best hands in the game ;)

At first I thought Calvin Johnson. Now I'm thinking Randy Moss. For those who think Randy is only good because of Tom think again. Randy has played 11 seasons in the NFL, and only 3 of those season he had less than 10 TD's. Of the eight seasons he had more then 10 TD's, 5 of the seasons he had more than 15.

Larry Fitzgerald is up there too, but I can give him #1. Larry has played 5 seasons and has eclipsed the 10 TD mark 3 times. At this point in Randy's career had had done it 4 times. And in Larry's 5 season he hasn't gotten 15 TD's yet. At Randy's 5 year mark, had had already done this twice.

Stats don't lie do they?

Look at him in Oakland, he couldn't do anything. That was basically the same situation CJ is in now.

True, but atleast Calvin had someone like Roy Williams. If I can remeber correctly, Moss had Jerry Porter. The attention was all on Moss. Don't forget, Moss had 11 TD's in Oakland. That's not bad at all.

Yeah, and he basically quit on the team there.. because it was beginning to become such a joke. Very good point Greg.

Calvin didn't have Roy Williams last year... and the focus was just on him.

That's true, he wasn't that bad in Oakland, but Daunte and Tom definitely had a fairly big impact on Randy's career.

That is true, all the years Randy had 15+ TD's he was with Daunte or Tom.

So because he quit on the team, that diminishes his skills?

Not at all. I was just saying that the team was so brutal he happened to quit on them, which he did, it's a common known fact. Hell, I would quit on a team if Al Davis was doing that trash to me... I was just putting into relation that Calvin and Moss have and one is in the same situation as one another.

I don't think Andre is even top 3. Andre hasn't even gotten a 10+ TD season in any of his 6 seasons. He just doesn't score enough to even be considered IMO.

Randy Moss is the best WR bcuz he will jump over any CB or SS in the NFL. You should've seen him in the 07-08 season.

He doesn't score much, but he is the most constant receiver out there. He constantly gets 10 catches a game, and 100 yards. He gets the team down to the redzone, but he isn't that great of a redzone receiver so the other people on the team get the touchdowns. Andre Johnson might be the best receiver in the game.

But I agree with most people here, Fitz, Andre, then Calvin.

Also I don't think Moss deserves top three, because of his lack of dimension. He is a one dimensional player. He can run like hell, but he has trouble catching the ball down the middle.
