it's close between him and Fitz, I mean Fitz was easily the biggest reason Arizona made it to the SB, but Johnson can put up star WR numbers yet his team went 0-16 with some of the worst QB's

I'd pick him off potential. He is just as good as them 2 you just named and he is only going to get better..

But I do like Fitz more for now. CJ is real close though.

there are receivers better than Calvin but he's the best in terms of how good he is compared to how young he is. he was the 5th best in the league in yardage and tied for first in TDs with Larry FitzGerald who had Kurt Warner throwing to him.

Fitz is only 25 and cj is only like what 2 years younger than him. Im sorry I cant pick the guy who was on a winless team for the best wideout. Maybe in a few years.

Put Fitzgerald on the Lions and Johnson on the Cardinals...

Do you think Fitzgerald really does better than what Calvin did?

both players will of course get better due to the fact that they're both young but Arizona is a Super Bowl team while Detroit is an 0-16 team, Arizona won't get much better, while Detroit has no choice but to get better

basically what i'm saying is, both players are very similar skill wise and stat wise, yet CJ will probably improve more because his team will be getting better throughout the years

Yezzir....you forget fitz numbers arent as good as they could be because he has anquan as well. And you talk about CJ playing with a diff qb every week. Andre has had to do that his whole career.

Calvin may be 2 years younger but he put up similar stats as Fitz with Jon Kitna and Dan Orlovsky throwing to him.

Andre Johnson is usually constantly underrated but he's a monster. I think him and Fitzgerald are the best right now

i don't get how you can make the argument about Fitz having Anquan beside him when he had almost 20 more receptions than CJ.

Yeah, the numbers aren't as good because of Boldin.. what about in Detroit? Detroit they have no other offense pieces besides K. Smith coming on at the end - what do you think the defense focuses on... CJ.

He still has a another option taking away chances. Who else to the lions have to throw to besides megatron. Fitz would have over 100 catches a year if he played on the lions.

if anything Boldin should make Fitz better cause the defense has to worry about two big offensive threats, meaning Fitz will get open more

Completely wrong.
If there is less options on the Lions, teams will worry about CJ twice as much as they did with Fitz and Boldin.

Ill put it at this and leave it. When you see people discuss who is the top WR on espn and etc. Larry is always considered the best.
