I was just using it as a comparison. Obviously Bynum is better, I'm not stupid, he has shown what he can do but now that he has had two injuries and will probably be reluctant to battle down low.

Bynum is good when he's healthy. hopefully he's done getting hurt every season. i'm sure with a few months of being healthy, he'll be able to regain his composure downlow.

I still hate the signing. If the lose Odom then I can live with it, but I just feel like he is going to drag the rest of the Lakers down to his level.

Whens the last "outburst" or problem Artest had?

Im just wondering b/c the last o could remeber was the "Brawl At The Palace" hasnt been in trouble since. So I really dont get all the talk of him being a bad influence.

He went to Houston last year and stayed out of trouble, dont remember any incidents in Sacramento.

Maybe its time to drop the "Artest is a problem" talk?

How the hell were Lakers fans calling Shannon Brown better than Kwame Brown?
That is biased on so many levels. Open your eyes.

6'8 278 pounds or something like that, Artest is one of the biggest players in this league. And I'm with dez, Artest won't drag this damn team down.

Artest will be fine.

I want to see those pictures cut for our Gallery..

Artest can be a chucker at times...and totally hurt the team more than he helps them at times. But I think with bean and phil there he will learn better. But we will see. With the mcdyess signing I still think San An isnt as far as everybody thinks they are from the lakers.

Who thinks that? San Antonio is almost a whole new team. They have 4 players that will start and could put up 20 plus a game.

they're really not. their post presence is actually getting back to where it needs to be. and we all know their guards can get it done.

I just think that Artest CHOSE to take less money.
he CHOSE to play for the Lakers.

He's not gonna act up. he'll be fine.
he loves L.A.
with Odom, Kobe, Phil, Shaw, he'll be fine
