Dumars told the media Wednesday that the Johnson trade, which leaves only Kwame Brown and Jason Maxiell in the frontcourt – Rasheed Wallace and Antonio McDyess are free agents – doesn’t really affect draft plans. He said they were already more focused on frontcourt players. The realistic pool for the Pistons is probably Louisville’s Earl Clark, Wake Forest’s James Johnson and Gonzaga’s Austin Daye, with Ohio State’s B.J. Mullens a possibility in the unlikely event the other three are all off the board.
Sounds good to me.

league sources say they have been searching for a deal that would net a high-level veteran point guard for the fourth pick and other pieces

A source has confirmed to DraftExpress that the Knicks have purchased the 29th overall pick from the Lakers.

The Knicks are expected to take a point guard with the 8th overall pick and find a big at 29.

Kings VP of Operations posted this on his twitter this morning.

The balls all say "Trust Geoff". And you know, I'm with it. Every year Geoff makes a pick that makes me think Wtf are you thinking and he proves me wrong. No one thought anything of Kevin Martin, Peja Stojakovic, Jason Williams, Gerald Wallace, Hedo Turkoglu and he alays proves me wrong. He;s made one bad pick like the past decade which was Douby. So no matter who the Kings pick I trust it's the best possible choice. I refuse to doubt Geoff anymore.
