Shaq said it himself he played scared that year b/c Olajuwon was one of his favorite players, but he dominated him every year after that.

Olajuwon was the closest thing to a rival to Shaq but still not "there"

Wilt was way more dominant that bill. He set the record for most rebounds in a game against bill russell. He averaged 28 points a game against bill. And bill's team had more help than wilt's did.

Wilt is easily the best big of all time. Numbers dont lie when it comes to wilt's greatness.

Like I said alot of it matters of the time period each player played in. PLayers that played in the 50s and 60s really cant be matched against players nowadays, just inst fair. But I say:

1. Shaq
2. Wilt
3. Hakeem
4. Russell
5. Kareem

Yeah I was thinking about it and Id switch Kareem with Bill, but Olajuwon was special, nobody had the combination of offense and defense he had. So I give him the nod over Kareem and Russell.

he and shaq can be interchangeable i suppose

but kareem is the best, no doubt
30.1 PPG career average 22.1 RPG 4.1 apg and also the only center to ever lead the league in assists per game

Compared to 24.6 PPG 11.2 RPG and 3.6 APG

Your a fool if you think kareem is touching wilt.

Wilt was so dominant they made rules to stop him

kareem and shaq at least had some real bigs

even with that, kareem still has more points than wilt. more awards as well

Gimme Shaq. Kobe is an extremely talented player, but Shaq is just the more dominant of the two. He won the same amount of championships in less trips.

Tim Legler is a moron. Did we forget how Kobe's teammates stepped up in the playoffs and how bron's teammates disappeared.

Are we forgetting Lebron averaged 36 ppg 9.1 rpg and 7.3 apg. One player cant win a ring by himself

Lebron playoff stats are better than kobe not to mention regular season stats. Kobe is the best player on the best team. But LeBron is the best player in the league.
I know I'm so late on this TYO but I just wanted to address this.

Lebron is a great player and creates shots for himself, but it comes to a point where he is getting the ball and attacking over and over again. And its gets to the point where his team mates are just standing around waiting for him to do something special. Watch highlights when Lebron is going 1 on 1 with someone, the team is just standing there watching, as opposed to moving around or setting screens off the ball. What Kobe does is make sure he gets his team involved in the game, if you watched Kobe Doin' Work you saw he purposely makes sure that he gives his team more opportunities than he does himself in the beginnings of games to open up his shots near the ends of games. Lebron needs to focus himself more on getting his team involved.

BTW I don't put that blame fully on Lebron, this is the fault of Mike Brown as well.
