We have more wins, and if you give us some guys on steroids we'd probably be up there.

lol Yankees losing again to Boston?

this is kinda a big deal, but if they beat the Sox in October it won't matter at all.

Cpt. Obvious here!

This is a pretty big game to win to avoid the sweep. Why not bring Mariano in when Boston had their first 2 hitters on?

What makes you think Sanchez could get you a decent bat?

well I guess he can being he's young and cheap, but he walks way too many batters

TBH, I think our definitions of decent bat are different.

Being an SF fan, a "decent bat" is an average hitter
Someone like cantu, uggla or derosa.

I'd be REALLY happy with either of those.

I'm sure to anyone else, a "decent bat" is an above average hitter.

but i will say this cheato, thats why i dont like manny any more

i've been whatever with him since that day. but for some reason when i saw clips of him working out, i couldn't help but to smile.
if he's clean now and rakes, maybe i can be a little more forgiving?

i mean yankee fans were with all there guys

still won't matter. you guys suck offensively

and any bat you get, won't be manny ramirez level. and we still have an 8 game lead to fall back on

<Censored> Manny, him and Jim Thome can go screw themselves.

Clueless Joe is at it again... I mean WTF is with keeping Wang in the rotation? He officially has has the first worst five starts in MLB history since 1912 I believe...

EDIT: Phil Coke gets himself out of the jam left by Aceves.

We don't need a manny ramirez (although when that Nats signed Dunn, I totally snapped)
All we need is someone who can deliver RBI's and some HR's.

A .270/20/100 hitter would be perfect.

I would never like Thome again, even if he signed back. You don't tell an entire fan base you will never leave and then bolt for more money in Philly.

I want Omar back

I am disgusted in this team and their inability to show up against Boston. 2004 was a nightmare come true but I never imagined the tides would turn in this rivalry like it has.

Brad Penny is old, doesn't have the best of location and the Yankees should of lit him up for more than a run.

Joe needs to get his ish together. You do what you have to do to win, even if it means using Mariano for 6 outs tonight.

And Clueless Joe blows another game for the Yankees. He must go or we won't last long in the playoffs...
