Pietrus Switching Up His Shoes

Magic guard Mickael Pietrus has been wearing sneakers endorsed by Kobe Bryant this season.

However, with the players set to do battle in the NBA Finals, Pietrus is planning a wardrobe change.

"I have [Kobe shoes ] at my house, but I'm going to play with Michael Jordan shoes," Pietrus said, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

Regardless of what he wears on his feet, Pietrus is going to have to work hard to keep Bryant off his game.

"The only thing I can do is try to minimize his touches in the fourth quarter," Pietrus told the Sentinel. "He's a tremendous player and those guys you can not stop them. So maybe I can say, 'Hey, stop, Kobe! Yo! Stop!' Maybe that's the only way I can stop him. 'Stop for a minute!' "

You know what, I'm probably being harsh. He did alright against Pierce, but I think it was Pierce just running out of gas.
