Why can't our pitching and hitting get hot at the same time?

Why can't our pitching and hitting get hot at the same time?

The hitting has been more consistent than the pitching imo. Where I would be concerned is that #4 spot with Ortiz. Red Sox going after Matt Holliday?

I honestly wouldn't want them to. I don't want to ship many prospects off for a guy who has not been performing nearly as well as he should. If things change, then maybe.

I didn`t expect us to win every game of this series, but I definately didn`t expect Luke Scott to get 2 homers on us. I had a feeling Orioles would win though, because they came off a 3-game sweep of the Jays, and take Game 1 from us with that momentum. We need to regain our thoughts and go back out there for Game 2, and get the W.

There is actually a rumor of a Manny Delcarmen for Nick Johnson trade. Not sure if I like it though, cause I like Delcarmen, but it will definitley help the lineup out.
