I just hope Sizemore takes a home discount to stay in Cleveland, because god knows what the Yankees will offer. He is truly a guy I believe would stay cheaper. He doesn't have a loud mouth, I heard somewhere he doesn't let people clean up after him in the clubhouse. Seems like a good guy that will stay his career here.

Verlander pitched a pretty good game today. The boxscores say he gave up 3 runs, but either 1 or 2 came off errors.

Forgot to mention that earlier. He will make his first start of the season. Torre wouldn't tell us who he'll be replacing -- it's possible he hasn't decided -- but he did say JP will play center field and that Manny Ramirez WILL play. That means either Either or Kemp will be sitting. If Ethier sits, Kemp will move to RF. Pierre is hitting .333 (2 for 6) lifetime against Dan Haren, but Kemp is hitting .364 (4 for 11, 1 HR), and Ethier is hitting .467 (7 for 15, 1 HR).

Obviously he is going to be our highest payed player if he does stay, I meant lower then what he can probably get on the market, which I'm guess will get up to be around 18 million per. Westbrook is actually worth that money when he is healthy, but, he is not.
