Phil is overrated. He's always had a squad with at least hof player. He's been outcoached twice in the finals by the legend larry brown and by doc. Shoot me and rip couldve coached those bulls and early laker squads to titles. They were that talented.
You bring up a good point there..

i'm not saying Bron shouldnt win or anything, I just hate how the media is acting like he's the second coming of Jesus.
He is gonna win and I wont be mad, I just think that Wade needs some more consideration. His team's seeding and record isnt terrible.
Well LeBron will go down as the GOAT. So I think he should be idolized by the media the way he is.

all teams that win titles have had great players.
I guess Rudy T is overrated too for having Hakeem and Clyde.
I guess Chuck Daly is overrated for having Dumars, Isiah and the gang.
I guess Pop is overrated too for having Duncan, Robinson, and late on TP and Manu.
Pat Riley too I guess. The Showtime Lakers and a Miami team that is a product of Dallas choking and having a great player come up HUGE

if dirk scores 20 points tonight he breaks d-wade's season record of most consecutive games with 20 points or more in a consecutive stretch (dirk and d-wade tied at 21)

He'll be up there for sure. The Mt. Rushmore of the NBA has to add an extra head.
MJ-Magic-Bird-LeBron

i know Kareem, Wilt, Big O deserve to up there, but I think we can all agree that the 3 i named are on that rushmore right now

Every Squad he has coached has had at least 1.

You also forget pop coached a spurs squad that went 17-47 before timmy d and he had david.

Chuck coached a cleveland squad that was 9-32 when he coached there.

Phil coached the GOAT and one of the best sf's there ever was. And he had a young kukoc on that squad.

Doc Rivers is an overrated coach.

dont get mad at Phil, he's right. LeBron won MVP in September.
I still think Wade should get it.

not saying Bron doesnt deserve it because he does, but IMO Dwyane deserves it more
If Wade deserves the MVP you should be able to admit LeBron deserved it last year over Kobe. Because LeBron did what Wade is doing now, but did it better.

Today I get to root for:
76ers (let the Cavaliers lose some steam)
Heat (beat the Celtics)
Magic (beat the Knicks to tie with Boston for 2nd)
Pistons (the obvious reasons haha, a win will get us a playoff lock)

TYO, in 1996 they were 50-23 and lost in the WCF to Utah.
they then get hit with the injury bug. Robinson goes down for 76 games, and Sean Elliot missed half a season. They then get extremely lucky and get the number 1 pick which was Duncan.
Pop was head coach from Duncan's rookie year til now.

How is that not much different from Phil?
quit hating

Kobe did more last year than LeBron is doing now.
LeBron is gonna win this year though and like I said, he deserves to.

 LeBron clearly was the MVP last year by your standards of saying Wade is the MVP this year.
