idk i just feel that Detroit would be better of without him, seemed Detroit was a good team and all until A.I came along. Don't get me wrong they are still a good team their just not as consistent like they used to be.

Curry's the coach and the players are the players.

You guys are quick to make him your scapegoat but the guys on the team are just as much to blame when they don't perform.

Alright yes. We had a great team before we had AI. We had consistency and things would be rolling this year. Probably would claim the #3 spot in the East, maybe even #2.

But when the playoffs hit, the past 3 years, the Pistons have had a new identity. Not having a go-to player has kicked them in the ass. We would probably make it back to the ECF just to lose again.

So you get rid of Billups, whose play in the playoffs basically determined what happened to us. Him and Sheed. And you get one of the best scorers the NBA has ever seen. This is also only a 1 year rental, and we still have a very talented roster.

If we can catch some sort of stride before this season ends, the playoffs will be interesting to watch with us. I honestly believe a 7 games series with any team in the East could go the distance with us. Not necessarily a win, but nonetheless a good series.

i know that Detroit has a very talented roster still but i think that they should of just kept Billups and left A.I alone. Also yea Detroit could definatley get something going but they are going to need someone to step up and fast if they even want to have a chance this year. I just feel that the Pistons arn't going to be the same team we know they can be this year.

Probably not, but the trade was worth the sacrifice. We will have loads of CAP space.

Boozer would probably get injured next season anyway.

Most likely lol.

Maybe Dumars will save the money for 2010. Or pull a trade off this off-season, for a guy who would be expiring in 2010.

Another perimeter shooter? I'll pass lol.

We need a low-post presence. Aka Boozer. He might not be a go to guy, but he would be effective.
