It didn't take long for Allen Iverson to grow frustrated with his bench role in Detroit.

Just two games into his return from a back injury, he has publicly aired his grievances.

"How many minutes did I play," Iverson said after he scored 11 points in 18 minutes in a loss to Cleveland. "It seemed way, way, way less than that. Eighteen minutes? Come on, man. I can play 18 minutes with my eyes closed. It's a bad feeling, man. I'm wondering what they rushed me to get back for? For that?

"It's a bad time for me mentally."

He missed a month with the back injury.

"I am just trying to get through it without starting a whole bunch of nonsense," Iverson said. "I'm looking at the big picture. If I vent my frustration then it's like, given who I am, I'll be the one everybody points the finger at. I am just going to try to laugh to stop from crying."

i understand that he's use to being a starter but he needs to learn that you can't always be the star of the team especially in Detroit.

He should be starting idgaf. You can't tell me stuck should star over AI. I knew this wouldn't end well. Hopefully he leaves this place and comes back to philly in the offseason. Curry you suck ass.

he has every right to vent with Detroit not playing up to what they should. I know we have tons of Detroit fans who would disagree, but what't their seed in the weak East right now? 7?

Personally, i`d vent too, if I was on a team that is supposed to be one of the Elite in the East, and sitting at the #7 seed, in a very weak Eastern Conference. Pistons wouldn`t be anywhere close to playoff hopes if they were in the West. Although, they have been struggling, throughout the year, come playoff time, things will be different. So, until than, I expect venting about the teams lack of success this year, but if/when we show up for playoffs, might be a different story.

I back up AI on this one. With Stuckey struggling so badly lately, AI should be getting 30 minutes a night. Maybe more.

Keep complaining, hopefully Curry will open his eyes..

Haha. Well he does, he's too inexperienced to coach. I thought he would be decent, but he's not.

The teams record this year is cause of the trade, but it is also because of Curry's idiotic coaching.

As we all did lol.
Dumars f'ed up on that one. I would of rather had Flip than Curry. Especially with the amount of the defense we play now.

Curry was suppose to make us defensive oriented, that worked out haha.

not a basketball expert by any means but here's my two cents...

Two years ago, everybody in Boston wanted Doc's head. The team wasn't playing well and went from, at least, a playoff team to a lottery team. The next year, they get KG and Ray Allen, and all of a sudden this team wins a championship. What do you think Doc did differently?

Sure, the Pistons don't have a "big three" like the C's did, but they still have a team that should be at the top of the East. The Pistons were a contender last year and the year before with almost the same team they have now.

So who's fault is it now?

Well, who would you say is at fault? Your post makes it seem like Curry, AI, or Dumars lol.

exactly, I'm saying everyone's involved.

There's no "I" in team..nor is there a "you".

Everyone is a little bit responsible for what happened to this team

Yes, your right.
AI, Dumars, and Curry.
Though AI shouldn't be to blame. It's Curry's mis-using of him that is making this so bad.

And Dumars did this for the playoffs and for financial reasons. Neither have taken effect yet, so it's really a good situation for Dumars.

Which leaves Curry..
