I think, I'm going to have to go with, he will be good but not great, I mean not to take anything away from him, but in my eyes he won't be an "Elite Quarterback", But I do think he will succeed.

I'm under the great impression that Ryan Leaf could of lead the Patriots to an 11-5 season in 2008. Give me that line, Randy Moss, Wes Welker...and I'll give you a Pro Bowl performance.

Now I think Cassel really struggles in his first couple years with Kansas City but the guy strikes me as somebody that learn fast and figure out ways to limit mistakes. Even the some of the least physically gifted NFL quarterbacks ever managed to make solid careers out of limiting mistakes, making smart throws and knowing when to take a sack.

Good, but never great. I think the Patriots line and wide-outs made him look better than he is.

I think I could start at QB for the Patriots and win games =]

But not really, due to my lack of athletism.

Over time he will become good, and might even have some great years. Some here are saying Trent Green all over over again, with a lot of good years, but never considered great. (way better mobility then trent though, because trent was like the slowest, but not as great of arm)

I think people will be harsh his first year or two while the team is developing, but keep in mind we have Scott Pioli who built the Patriots and Todd Haley who is an offensive wizard as our head coach. You know they won't suck for too long. I mean we already have weapons like Bowe and TG, need another receiver and a slot guy. And that's very reasonable to ask like someone like that in the next 5-10 years or however long Cassel is here.

One Year wonder is what I'll go with. Don't see him ever coming close to last season without that patriots team.

Trent Green is actually a perfect comparison. I would have to say that he could develop into a Trent Green-like quarterback...probably better given he doesn't suffer Trent Green-like injuries.
