"Me coming off the bench, I said I'd come off the bench as long as we win," Hamilton said. "But we've been losing."

The Pistons are 17-16 this season with Hamilton in the starting lineup. But in his current role as the team's sixth man, they are just 4-12.

"Something has to give, something's gotta change," said Hamilton, who added that he has yet to talk with head coach Michael Curry about the matter. "I'm all for doing whatever for the team, but coming off the bench and we're not winning, that's something totally different."

I've been saying that they rushed stuckey in the starting lineup. I blame Michael Curry for all of this. These guys dont respect him at all. The pistons are starting to look like the pissed ons.

Tellem Rip. I back him up 100%

Get Stuckey or AI on the bench.

Iverson playing with the bench unit would be like him in Philly though. Just him with a bunch of cardboard cut-outs.

That would be the advantage of Ai off the bench. They need to realize stuck is a combo guard. And stop trying to make him chauncey 2.0.

And can we kill the notion that AI is sacrificing his game which he is to a extent. But he's not sacrificing the ball. Ai needs to have the ball to be effective he's been this way his whole life. There is no offense when he is on the floor. Its him dribbling around for roughly 10 seconds trying to create a shot that leads to a shot or dish. There is no ball movement. 2-3 passes tops. this results in everyone going one on one, and that's not how the team is built.

RIP suffers the most, because he's most successful doing what he does best, coming off screens, set plays. hard to do that when the philosophy seems to be "your turn to shoot, clear out" or "I haven't shot in a while, let me get up a shot". they try to run set plays, but it eventually falls apart cause no one is making them stick with it and after running enough baseline dives and not getting the ball, RIP thinks he can take the ball up top and go off dribble cause it's his turn to shoot

Stuckey should have been on the bench from the beginning... I think even Vinny Del Negro could have figured that out.

This is a prime example why Curry should be fired.

Detroit has one of the most talented teams in the league on paper..

But anyways, Rip is expected to start tonight against the Magic. And is expected to start for the rest of the season. In place of Iverson.

That should of happened a LONG time ago. GJ Curry.
