Boston forward Kevin Garnett will miss 2-3 weeks of action after suffering a posterior muscle strain in his right knee on Thursday.

"Rest and ice for KG," Ainge told the Boston Globe.

Garnett will remain in Boston for the remainder of the team's road trip, which ends next Friday when the Celtics return home to host the Pacers.

I didn't even see how he hurt it. I was watching it, I saw him go up for the alley opp, he landed on one leg, and he complained about the leg he didn't land on. Must have hurt it going up or running down the court.

It wasn't even the leg he landed on?
I didn't think the way he landed on that leg would hurt at all, so you must be right.

And the Celtics lack of depth is going to show up here. Davis, Scalabrine and Powe, yeah they have had some good performances every now and then, but none of them are ANYWHERE near starting NBA players. Not even in the ball park, hell not even in the suburb of the ball park.
